Tried to squeeze in a page today. After not drawing anything for a month for some reason I felt like I must squeeze in a page today.

Why do I get depressed if I stop drawing comics for extended periods of time?

This is a really good story, and the art is very, very good.

Well. . . I recon the answer is 'cause writing and drawing comics your calling.

I love the way you've danced around the relation between institutional Christianity and. . . A real war between good and evil, with forces demonic and angelic with no overwhelming God placing his thumb on the scales.

What gets really interesting is viewing this via the composite of my own cosmology instead of the canned ones accessed by the characters. Lucia may worship Ehecatl/Hastur of the Storms, but she's but a tiny avatar... I recognise one of the 'Adversary' spirits as a Gug (mandible jaws on head front to back) and a hybrid between a Zoog and a Night Gaunt (the flying one-eyed rat). The other things look more like Queen Xiombarg's Chaos Army than idiot Date-ish hellspawn. And I've recognised Ygolonac in those hand-mouths and Azathoth of the Void in other 'netherlings', tentacles of Nyarlathotep and maybe Cthulhu... Good clean Old Ones fun! It's all the effects of being a pantheist and acknowledging the existence of all gods while worshipping the faces of the Light that one relates to most.

Lovecraft ( www.hplovecraft.com ) based his Cthulhu Mythos on the old Sumerian and Babylonian 'nether gods' developed into a 'cold war' between the Elder Gods and the Old Ones. He conjectured on the Void and 'atomic vibration phase relations' dividing the Multiverse into its individual Universe tracks. Much of his activity shows things common to all well-developed cosmologies; they appear in various levels of strength though many cosmologies try to hide their nether godlets and avatars.

BTW 'Date' in my previous post should have been Dante. The typo imps are common to all cosmologies. Dante's Inferno was a fiction book developed into an ornate pseudo-cosmology intended to frighten sheeple into compliance with a religion issued from a church of bad Bible translations. It's not the faith I follow.
